Scheduled Hours per 2-week Pay Period-75
Sign up and track women for TBCSP or Komen Grant programs when they meet the criteria. Monitor all invoices coming from the hospital and Diagnostic Imaging to be sure they are paid in a timely manner. Work closely with Memorial’s clinics, the health departments, and other TBCSP providers to be sure all women receive mammograms. Handle all bills to Breast Center to be sure they are sent to CHI. Responsible for entering charges for Breast Center clinic patients. Order all supplies for nurses, clinic, imaging, and clerical. Assist the Manager with payroll, social accountability, and other office duties. Keep up with Kronos for the department. The team captain for the Komen Race for the Cure. Handle registration for patients coming to the We Care Weekend. Mail Praise card letters to doctors. Back up with scheduling in the Breast Center. Back up registration in the mornings and when needed.
BS Degree or AS with a minimum of 5 years of hospital management or staff experience.
Three to Five years in a hospital setting.
