At Events Solutions, the Customer Service Representative role is the most important job in our organization. As a CSR in our office near downtown Houston, you will be representing our telecommunications clients by working face to face with their customers, answering questions they may have, reviewing products, etc.
*Please note that we do NO B2B, D2D, OR TELEMARKETING*
If you are:
· Customer focused.
· Outgoing and friendly.
· Available to work Monday to Friday (optional Saturdays).
· Available to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
And possess the following skills/experience:
· Strong written and verbal communication in English
· Active listening skills
· Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
· Accepts constructive feedback and implements recommended changes
· Team player and able to work in a fast paced, face to face environment
