We have an opening for Student Records Coordinator at our Chattanooga State campus!
The role will be responsible for the following:
Provide admissions counseling such as reviewing transcripts, providing testing information, immunization requirements • Provide financial aid counseling on FAFSA, verifications, suspensions, probations, appeals, required documents, awards • Provide admissions and records functions such as: receive and/or process applications, transcripts, change of records, add/drop forms, out of state tuition fee waivers, employment waivers, residency, transcript request, and senior audit forms ?
• Receive financial aid documents ?
• Provide overall campus information ?
• Knowledge of financial aid program guidelines and regulations ?
• Other job-related duties as assignedPosition Requirements:
Education and training: High School Diploma or GED Work Experience: Two years full-time clerical experience involving data processing, bookkeeping, and records management
Monday thru Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Evening and weekend work required as business demands dictates.
Yearly blackout periods that preclude time off.
