Vice President of Business Development
Reports to: President
The central mission of the VP of Business Development is to oversee the customer facing teams for Riverside, and own the revenue funnel and pipeline development. This role is focused on coaching and developing a best in class team of sales professionals and account managers while designing and implementing client specific growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills. Experience working in an enterprise with multiple offerings is a plus.
Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the Chattanooga brokerage. In addition, developing and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers will be a key indicator of future success expectations

We also have a solid core of Owner Operators, who pride themselves with carrying RTI’s banner.
