Adjunct Instructor ( Diagnostic Sonography Program)

Under the supervision of the Program Director and/or cardiovascular /Clinical Coordinator:
Provides quality instruction and supervision for student learning within the program, as
contracted either within the didactic, laboratory, and/or clinical setting(s).
Performs the essential functions of teaching, advising (as necessary), and evaluating
students within the classroom, the laboratory, individual conferences, and related activities.
Minimum of associate degree in sonography (or related field) is preferred. (Adjunct pay scale is commensurate
on degree and certification).
Certification: ARDMS certifications in the areas of instruction
(RDMS (Abd, OB/Gyn, RDCS (AE), and RVT). (Alternate certifications may be considered, such as ARRT or CCI in area specialties.)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sonography field and prior experience supervising students in a classroom or clinical capacity is preferred, but not necessarily required
