Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Drive sales and implement strategies to increase revenue, with responsibility for generating and increasing sales.
• Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met.
  Develop creative marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Utilize technology to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Manage and mentor a team of employees.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven experience managing restaurant operations with annual revenue in excess of $2 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A “can-do” attitude with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Ability to effectively resolve customer and staff issues.
