Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Drive sales and implement strategies to increase revenue, with responsibility for generating and increasing sales.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met.
Develop creative marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers. - Utilize technology to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
- Manage and mentor a team of employees.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven experience managing restaurant operations with annual revenue in excess of $2 million.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A “can-do” attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
- Ability to effectively resolve customer and staff issues.
