The Chattanooga Times Free Press is seeking a Full-Time Campaign Coordinator. Do you have excellent communication skills and possess a natural talent for sales campaign coordination? If so, we'd love to have you join our ad campaign team! This is a part-time temporary role to work 29 hours a week making $17 an hour. In this role, you will be responsible for providing fulfillment and sales support for all post sale activities related to scheduling, report building, fence location/keyword research, and creative execution of all current active campaigns including; owned and operated, audience extension components, Flypaper products, promotions, emails, and recruitment products. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; lift 5 lbs; carry 5 lbs and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Education and Experience:
College degree or equivalent three to five years of experience working in a sales, customer service or sales support environment is a must.
Experience with web applications or in a web environment a plus.
Must have a proven track record of managing tasks from start to finish.
Solid business and/or leadership experience in a sales environment helpful.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have a detailed work ethic
Be highly motivated
Well organized
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individual customers, as well as all levels of employees, including management.
Requires expert knowledge of products, tools and reports.
Must have solid time management skills and solid written/oral communication skills.
Computer skills are required for this position. Microsoft Word, Excel and proficiency with the Internet is mandatory.
