Blue Granite LLC dba Cornerstone Automation is a Chattanooga-based company providing high-end commercial construction and development services. Owned by Buck Grider, the company has been successfully operating within the greater Chattanooga market since 1996. From small-scale restaurant build-outs to large Hospitals, Cornerstone is equipped to provide its clients with hands-on leadership expertise that ensures our customers projects and visions are executed beyond expectation. In each case, our leadership collaborates directly with our customers to understand the scope of work required and to build budgets and timelines that adhere to the objectives of the project in terms of the owner. Cornerstone has and continues to represent some of Chattanooga’s highest profile real estate investors and has worked within diverse market sectors including education, healthcare, tourism and hospitality, large sport venues, and corporate office. Not only do we understand the dynamics and logistics of development and construction, but we can also engage in conversations related to cost-saving measures and value engineering channels to help maximize our customers profitability.
