The Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging & Disability is seeking a Information Assistance Specialist.
The Information and Assistance Specialist provides information and referral about services and resources in the community and responds to direct inquiries about home and community-based services offered through the Area Agency on Aging and Disability along with providing comprehensive telephone screening for these services.
Preferred bachelor’s degree and experience in Social Services or related field.
