Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Stevens Insurance Associates is an independent, family-owned insurance agency serving Chattanooga since 2001.  Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager.  A current Tennessee Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

This position is also open to the right candidate seeking to expand their insurance career who has these qualifications:

• Two Years experience in Property & Casualty, will train to assist lead agent.
• May advance to Commercial Lines with appropriate development and experience.

The job responsibilities include daily servicing of our clients, processing new and renewal business, remarketing, issuing certificates, assisting customers with billing, and any other pertinent customer service duties.

Candidate must be detail-oriented, and possess good phone and email communication skills. Is also important to be able to work well with others as a team player, and someone who enjoys an energetic and congenial office/work environment.

Compensation is salary + commission. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off for vacation/major holidays, and a qualified contribution plan.
