Operations Research Analyst: Formulate and apply mathematical modeling, queue theory, Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions regarding construction business; simulate scenarios using predictive models of critical points in the construction process with AI; collaborate with management to identify and solve a variety of problems and clarify management objectives; analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems; study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcome; identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracting, ensuring compliance and quality regulations; formulate management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions, etc. Req: Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration and 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a Consultant specializing in Finance and Construction.
